The mission of the City of Auburn Hills Senior Citizens Services Department is to act as a community focal point on aging, where seniors, families, caregivers and the community can come for services, information and support in relation to aging. The Senior Services Department will strive to provide effective, informative, current and friendly programs, services and events.

| K.I.T. - Keep In Touch Program | Keep In Touch - K.I.T. is a telephone reassurance program for seniors who are homebound or are caregivers. K.I.T. volunteers call enrolled participants five days a week to check on them and to chat for a few minutes. This telephone reassurance program is open to seniors who are caring for an individual who might not be able to summon help if necessary. This program is ideal for people who have just come home from the hospital and would benefit from a friendly daily check. Participants enrolled in the program are also enrolled in the Vial of Life emergency information system. To enroll call 248-370-9353. |
